To ensure that this Hotel has publicness (is accepted by public) and provides a safe and comfortable stay to guests, the following rules need to be followed: Not abiding by these rules may lead to cancellation of stay and/or refusal to use the hotel facilities.

Reservations and Booking
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from 35 West Bay Tower.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
Special requests (room preferences, early check-in, late check-out) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid government-issued photo identification and credit card must be presented at check-in.
The guest checking in must be a named guest on the reservation.
Amenities and Services
Access to facilities (pool, gym, spa, etc.) may be subject to operating hours and additional fees.
The hotel reserves the right to temporarily close facilities for maintenance or safety reasons.
